Annual Maintenance Program

All-American’s annual maintenance program provides peace of mind by delivering the necessary yearly maintenance to keep your system operating efficiently. Please complete the form below to schedule your inspection service.

Special Sump Pump Warranty

Your sump pump includes a manufacturer’s warranty covering parts replacement but does not include labor costs.

At the time of installation, your system was thoroughly water-tested and all pumps were checked to ensure proper operation. However, mechanical or electrical failure can still occur over time, which is why annual inspections are strongly recommended.

We will extend the manufacturer’s pump warranty to LIFETIME if the pump is serviced by us every 12 months.

The Annual Maintenance Program ensures this requirement is met, and we highly recommend enrolling.

The Maintenance Program Includes:

• Cleaning the basin liner
• Checking and testing the sump pump
• Checking the float switch
• Checking electrical connections and plugs
• Inspecting alarms and replacing alarm batteries
• Checking the discharge line
• Inspecting the battery back-up float
• Reviewing the basement waterproofing system to prevent potential water infiltration
